Psychotherapy is a talk-based therapy that addresses emotional, cognitive, behavioural, relational, and social concerns. Psychotherapy encompasses a wide range of evidence based approaches and modalities, and is offered to children, teens, adults, couples, and families.


Art Psychotherapy

Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. Using imagery, colour and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.

My intention as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and confidential space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I approach therapeutic relationships through a client-centered lens that embraces non-judgment and compassion. I accept and welcome you wherever you are in your journey, with an open mind and heart. It is my honour to travel alongside and empower you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and resiliency, to achieve the self understanding, growth, and transformation that you, your child, or your family are seeking.
